Cancellation Policy

Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and weβre committed to delivering a smooth, enjoyable experience while creating timeless memories. To ensure everything runs seamlessly, please carefully review our wedding session booking policy below: βΈ» π 1. Retainer and Payment: β’ A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. This retainer guarantees our availability and covers initial preparations. β’ The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day of the wedding. Failure to complete payment prior to the session will result in the cancellation of our services, with no refund of the retainer. β’ Payments are accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. For final payments, cash is preferred. β’ Your booking is not confirmed until both the retainer and signed contract have been received. βΈ» β° 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: β’ Cancellations: β’ Retainers are non-refundable and serve as compensation for time reserved and potential loss of other bookings. β’ If you cancel with at least 72 hoursβ notice, the retainer may be: β’ Credited toward a future session (valid for 90 days), or β’ Partially refunded at 50% of the retainer. β’ Cancellations with less than 72 hoursβ notice will result in the forfeiture of the full retainer. β’ Rescheduling: β’ Rescheduling with at least 72 hoursβ notice carries no penalty, and the retainer will transfer to the new date, subject to availability. β’ Rescheduling with less than 72 hoursβ notice will require a new retainer to secure the new date. βΈ» π 3. Punctuality: β’ Weddings operate on tight schedules, and punctuality is crucial. β’ A $20 late fee will be applied if the ceremony or key events start more than 15 minutes late. β’ Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in reduced coverage, as the sessionβs end time will not be extended. Our team will do its best to capture all critical moments, but we cannot guarantee full coverage if the event runs behind schedule.
